The company seeks to expand outside Egypt through a partnership with Omar Qassem Al-Esayi Investment Group to establish a joint real estate development company between the two entities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as Mountain View Company delivered more than 1,500 units to customers last year, and aims to deliver more than 2,000 units during the current year. Moreover, it contracted with Callison RTKL, a global company specializing in the field of design.
